Vanessa

Having undertaken quite the professional journey since embarking on this unexpected career path in 2011, fresh out of school as a know it all 19-year-old. Today, Vanessa is the proud owner of  her own Agency - Opulent Travel by Vanessa Harrison and Cruise section Global Cruise Finder-AU, where she has the privilege of looking after the travel arrangements of people  who value expert advice, personalised service and thoughtfully planned holidays. Her customers love to research in depth their travel and spend many weeks and months planning it. Unlike traditional sales agents who just want to get the booking in as quickly as possible with as little effort as they can, Vanessa prefers to take time to understand her customers and assist them with really understanding the holiday they book.

Having worked across both the retail and wholesale travel sectors, she brings extensive destination knowledge, strong supplier relationships and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Every itinerary is individually designed to reflect your travel style, interests and priorities, ensuring your holiday feels uniquely yours. Whether you are celebrating a milestone, embarking on a around the world cruise of a lifetime or simply looking for a sail around the Mediterranean, she sees that her role is to make every part of their planning and booking process effortless and ensure they are confident in the decisions made.
